Detailed description of the works I would like a price for a 90sq meter double storey extension. Existing house is 90 sq meters. There is rear and side access to property. Needs costs to build and finish extension. Need quotes with and without a kitchen. Not a high end kitchen just a high closs kitchen with basic counter tops. Bathrooms would have a porcelain tiles. The extension would include 2 new bedrooms upstairs 1 bedroom en-suite. Convert attic of extension but leave original attic non converted as it is at present. Downstairs would have an open plan kitchen/diner in the new extension and a utility room and a small playroom/office to front of house. Existing rooms in house will stay as they were before. Planning permission granted
